How long does it take to receive a quote?

Usually within 2-6 hours during working hours, and within a day otherwise. Complex full-server requests may take a little longer because we scope them properly.

Your chronicle and pack, the type of project, a description of what you want, and your rough budget and timeline. References or screenshots help. The form covers all of it.

Which chronicles and packs do you work with?

We work with every chronicle and every pack: Interlude, High Five, Classic, Essence, Gracia and older, on L2JMobius, aCis, L2J, PTS, custom forks and private bases. If your stack is not listed anywhere on the site, ask us, we adapt to what you run.

What happens after the project is delivered?

You get full source, migrations and documentation, plus a handover and a support window. If you want, we continue with a maintenance arrangement.

What if I only have a rough idea?

That's normal and it's fine. Tell us the concept and the outcome you want. Part of our job is turning a rough idea into a concrete scope, and we'll often suggest a smaller first step to prove it out.

Question 6

Is my project kept confidential?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We don't disclose client names, concepts or code without permission. Our public portfolio uses representative examples for that reason.

Question 7

How does payment work?

Typically a deposit to start and the balance on delivery, with milestones for larger projects. We'll confirm the exact terms in the written scope. Discuss payment methods with us directly.

Question 8

Are revisions included?

Accepted Answer

Yes - reasonable revisions within the agreed scope are part of the project. Changes that expand the scope are quoted as an addition so there are no surprises.
